Printa is a design shop, gallery, silkscreen studio and a café settled in the unique space in the centre of Budapest. The shop offers eco-friendly clothing, bags, accessories mostly produced by Printa team with an emphasis on printed and recycled objects. They are devoted to redefining conventional Budapest and Hungarian souvenirs. Since the very beginning, Printa’s objects became the unofficial symbols of Budapest and popular Budapest souvenirs and gifts for design lovers and travellers with sophisticated taste.
The Printa Gallery continuously presents contemporary screen prints from upcoming Hungarian and international artists. Their “Print Collection” offers limited edition silkscreen prints, from numerous artists, each hand-printed, signed and numbered. The silkscreen studio is equipped to produce high quality and hand-made prints on textile and paper. They also offer workshops and studio rental access for artists and graphic designers.
Printa also organises courses and silkscreen workshops for those who are eager to learn by taking a closer look at procedures and techniques of printing.
